Review
The book itself was alright but not what I was expecting. It dives into common brewing techniques and goes through different coffee producing country and a small snippet of the history of producing coffee and the different coffee producing regions within each country. I was expecting more of a discussion of coffee and cultural difference between countries like why Turkish Coffee became popular in Turkey but the books focuses a lot on the different beans each country. It would be a good reference for those who really want to explore different beans from different countries but I imagine the audience for that is small and I am not part of that group.
